1. Power BI Overview and Visualizations

Module 1: business intelligence, Power BI compared with other tools, what Power BI is and its key benefits, flow, components and architecture, and column, stacked column and pie charts
Module 2: donut, funnel and ribbon charts, include and exclude, and viewing data and exporting to CSV from visuals

2. Maps, Tables and Matrices

Module 3: basic map and filled map, formatting maps, map backgrounds, a map of India, creating and formatting tables and matrices, conditional formatting and changing aggregations
Module 4: creating a matrix, conditional formatting in a matrix, hierarchies, totals and subtotals, and number formatting

3. Line, Area and Scatter Charts, Cards and Filters

Module 5: line chart and drill down, area chart, line and column chart, scatter plot, waterfall chart, treemap and gauge chart
Module 6: number, text, date and multi row cards, formatting a card, relative date filter, filters on a visual, a page and all pages, and drillthrough

Does the course cover data modeling?

Do I need to buy Power BI?
