To gain access to specific company products, you will have to register and obtain an account, username and corresponding password whose confidentiality is maintained from our end and you shall be solely responsible for the security of your account. Any unauthorized usage of your account in the form of breach of security must be notified to us immediately. Exiting from your account after the end of each course is crucial and must be ensured. We shall not be responsible for any unauthorized activities on or with your account, with or without your knowledge prior to notifying us. And, you shall be liable to losses incurred by us or another party due to unauthorized usage of your Account prior to your notification to us of such unauthorized activities.

At any instance of time, you shall not transfer your account or use another person’s account. In a situation where you have authorized or registered another individual ( including a minor), to use your account, you shall be entirely accountable for (i) the online conduct of the user (ii) Controlling the user’s access to use the services (iii) and consequences of misuse.

User and Submitted Content:

Any and all material such as ideas, communications, uploads transmitted to us through Company products in the form of “submitted data” shall be identified as non-confidential material and can be reproduced, distributed, communicated to public unless and otherwise used for marketing, delivery, promoting and demonstrating the company’s products which is not only limited to quality control, redistribution or as source to professional development.

If any student is not satisfied with the training, then by giving a logical reason for the same and before completion of 25 % of Course, he/she can take his/her course fee back( partial refund). after completion of 25% of course, the fee is not refundable.

Refund Policy



  1. FOR FEE REFUND: If any student is not satisfied with the training, then by giving logical reason for the same and before completion of 25 % of individual Course (not package course) , he/she can take his/her course fee back proportionately for unfinished course, 30% amount will be deducted of total course fee enrolled by student for cancellation of Enrollment / Course enrolled by Student . After completion of 25% of the individual course (not package course), the fee is not refundable. The refund is subject to the following conditions:
  • If the Client has any Network/Configuration problem from their side while attending online classes then the client is not eligible for a refund.
  • In case of change of venue/lectures being discontinued due to any problem, Client is eligible for a partial refund
  • Project Extra lectures added at the time of enrollment are non-refundable.
  • In case if lectures are postponed then the client is eligible for a partial refund
  • Full Training material will be given once the full fee is paid.
  • Self-paced Courses/project is not eligible for a refund.
  • Illegal, Unauthorized distribution of course material, disobeying privacy policy. in these cases, the company holds the right to disbar the client and client will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Prwatech Deserves the right to discontinue the services if the client found guilty of sharing training material or any associated information about courses with others.
  • The client will not be served if he/she found disturbing the sessions of training.
  • Refund is a matter subject to the finance department and the time taken to generate refund would range from 3 to 4 weeks.
  • For Instructor-Led Batches, if the client does not attend a session at the desired time then he/she would be eligible for the rescheduled lecture which might be either video lecture or instructor lead lecture as per the batch availability, but client will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case if students relocate between the session to some other location (city, state, country), the rest of the session will be continued through the online session. In such a case, the client will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If students not found any interest to learn the course after registration or switch to any other technology or another field, in such case management will not take any responsibility for any refund.
  • If a student after registration take a break between the training more than 10 days and later ask to discontinue the training for any reasons in that case refund or registration cancellation not be acceptable.
  • If any student enrolls for classroom or online training and asks to shift the training to the classroom to online/online to the classroom, for this batch mode change student has to pay 5000 INR extra. It will be only approved by the management if any batch will be available, If the batch is not the available student has to continue in the same batch.


  1. MODE OF PAYMENT Fees can be paid in Cash (less than 2, 00,00/- only), Cheque, Card & other digital means.
  2. No Refund for the registration fee.
  3. No Refund for fast track course.
  4. If any student gets approval for fee installment, then he/she has to pay the fee on a given date.
    #For weekend batch student has to pay 1st installment before batch starting & 2nd installment in 15 days after batch starting.

#For weekdays batch student has to pay 1st installment before batch starting & 2nd installment in 10 days after batch starting.

  1. If student pay online fee and any transaction failure happen management will not take the responsibility. Once amount credited to our account then only student enrollment will be confirmed.
  2. Students enrolled in a group or with friends, later if any student discontinues the session, the fee will not be merged or reimburse with other students among the group .
